2023-2024 CLUB SEASON TRYOUTS
Tryouts for the 2023-24 Club Season will be on Saturday, July 8 & Sunday, July 9.

All players must pre-register for tryouts, including for the make-up tryout. If you can not attend the original tryout or make-up tryout, please still pre-register, select that option, and email admin@ovavolleyball.com to set up an individual tryout time.
TRYOUT REGISTRATION
2023-24 Tryout Registration is LIVE!
To register for tryouts:
1. Complete the online registration with player information, parent information, and $75 payment before July 1 or $100 on or after July 1. All players must pre-register online.
2. Print and complete the following forms:
- AAU Medical Release
- USAV Medical Release
- OVA Player Code of Conduct
- OVA Parent Code of Conduct
- OVA Facility Waiver
- Credit Card Authorization Form
- One-Time Deposit Authorization Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Bring all paperwork mentioned above to tryouts or complete this process early at fast pass check-in.

Complete the above process & bring all completed paperwork to OVA on the dates and times listed below to save time on the day of tryouts. All you will have to do on the day of tryouts is check-in, receive your tryout number, and enter the gym.
Fast Pass Check-In:
Friday, June 16 from 5:00-7:30pm
Friday, June 23 from 5:00-7:30pm
Friday, June 30 from 5:00-7:30pm
Friday, July 7 from 5:00-7:30pm

Tryout Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I arrive at tryouts?
Check-in on the day of tryouts begins 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. We highly encourage you to take advantage of our fast pass check-in in the days leading up to tryouts to avoid lines at tryouts. To take advantage of fast pass check-in, pre-register online and bring all completed paperwork and player's birth certificate to OVA on the announced fast pass dates and times. From there, all you will have to do at tryouts is get your tryout number.
How much are club fees if I am selected for a team?
Fees vary based on age & level of the team. Your fees will include practices, tournament entry fees, uniforms, coaches fees, and administration fees. Travel is not included in your club fees. Season fees can be setup on a monthly payment plan or paid in full at tryouts. For more information on our pricing, please email admin@ovavolleyball.com.
Are the teams already selected before tryouts begin?
Nobody has made a team before the tryout. Our goal is to field the most competitive team while producing a great team culture to have a successful season.
What do I do if I am selected for a team?
If you are selected for a team, a coach will talk to you and ask you to talk to your parents to confirm your spot. Upon confirming your spot, there will be additional paperwork in the lobby and you will submit a $500 deposit. Do not leave without first confirming your spot and completing the necessary paperwork and payment.
What if I can not make any of the tryouts date listed or I am injured?
If you can't make the original tryout dates, please pre-register for the make-up tryout date. If you can not make that or are injured, please email us at admin@ovavolleyball.com to discuss.
What if I want to play up and try out for an older age division?
We highly encourage that players try out for their own age division. You can reference the USAV Age Division chart on this page. If you would like for OVA to consider you playing up an age division, please contact admin@ovavolleyball.com.
